There’s a part of the consumer world, there’s a part of the business world that really understands we can’t do things tomorrow like we did them yesterday…. Understanding and appreciating and adopting it has gone at a snail’s pace.
That has to change, but you can’t expect it to change if you don’t give people solutions that make it:
1. Worth the cost of changing
2. Easy to change
I think that’s the part that has been missing from the water side of things, and I will say that that’s because water can be very, very complicated.What became clear to us, over time, is that every year there’s over 10 billion dollars worth of water damage to buildings… Why haven’t there been solutions? Because we’ve been looking at it with a legacy mindset.
